  • Dear Chelsea, Your e-mail of March 20th was/is most appreciated. I had hoped to acknowledge it sooner than this but other matters intervened and I am only now able to concentrate on the response it deserves. It was extremely kind of you to write, as was your having said those words for us all at J's interment. Your presence and participation in that interment made it that much more reassuring to J, J's friends, and to me. From the start, you have been all J. or I could have wished, not only professional but genuinely caring. I have nothing but praise for you and it is well-deserved praise. When I was sixteen I spent the summer with my uncle who was a funeral director in Delaware. That experience taught me about high professional standards, personal integrity, and generosity of spirit. My uncle embodied them all. So do you.
